The location of this hotel is very convenient, being close to the highway and town centre. The river walkway is a real bonus, with attractive and well maintained gardens. The villa itself was good and roomy enough, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

There were concerns about cleanliness, with mouse droppings found in the cupboard and a smelly blanket provided.

The Loft, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. It was in general a pleasant experience❤

We recently stayed at a holiday park in Bairnsdale, and it was a fantastic experience. The park was always clean and well-maintained, with neatly mowed lawns and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights was the games organized by the new managers, Vicki & Ray, which the kids absolutely loved. Another great aspect was that we were able to bring our dog along for the stay. we would definitely recommend this park for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great Easter break near a river with plenty of flying-foxes overhead. The setup was good and the cabin had full-sized appliances and comfortable beds. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and they even left some yummy treats for us. The location was also convenient, as it was close to town amenities and a walking track along the river.

There were some small issues like a poorly tuned TV and a front security door that wouldn't close properly and made noise during the night. the traffic noise from the nearby road was expected but still worth a mention.

Our Christmas stay was comfortable with adequate linen and utensils. The bed was clean and well-made. We appreciated the air conditioning that kept us cool during the hot weather. The location was convenient, with shopping areas and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the easy access to fishing spots and the river.

We encountered an ant infestation of little black ants that need spraying around the cabins. the highway noise was disruptive to our sleep.
